Website & CourtReserve
Website updates include current Board members, committee information, tournament winners, and upcoming tournament information (in the members only section).
CourtReserve now sends reminder emails as well as push notifications to your mobile device for upcoming reservations. If you know you won’t be using your reserved court, please cancel the reservation as soon as possible so it’s available for other members. Please note that as of now only the member who created the reservation can cancel it. We hope the additional notifications won’t be overwhelming and that they will serve as a reminder to cancel a court that would go unused.
Member Voice
We value member input and welcome your ideas, questions, concerns, and compliments.
WTC Member Voice offers two easy ways to share feedback with the Board:
- Email: info@westfieldtennisclub.org
- Member Voice Station: Located in the clubhouse
Whether you have an idea, a question, a concern, or simply want to recognize a fellow member or staff member, we’d love to hear from you.
